I found this table:
I painted it (in my kitchen, which is heinous so I don't care about it) with two coats of Paris Gray chalk paint.
I used a warm wet rag to distress the edges. I used this technique because I was inside and didn't want dust everywhere, and i love the natural look it produces.
Finally, I waxed it and set it up to take some pictures for you!
And now, I must really get back to painting that trim. Happy Tuesday!

Very nice! Such a perfect shade of grey for furniture.
I love it! Thanks for the "sanding" with a wet rag tip.
Cuteness! Your kitchen can't be too bad since I spy some stainless steel in the background! I too would do anything to distract me from painting trim, it's quite possibly one of the worst, tedious, never-ending jobs BUT when it's all done it's pure love.
Love that little table! I had a little kitchen painting session myself last weekend -- the weather just wouldn't cooperate. :)

I love the table! The color and distressing are perfect! I love that you can distress that way with ASCP. I often forget about it, but it really does give such a natural, worn look! Beautiful job, Cassie!

I love the table and your entry way sneak peeks on Instagram ;)
Can't wait to see that hallway! Love your cute little table, you make it all look so simple Cassie!
You make it all look so easy! I *must* try some chalk paint at some point in the near future. Such a cute little table that could fit in just about anywhere in my house!
Hang in there with painting the trim - such a tedious process, but I know it will be worth it in the end!
Oh pretty! And I love it staged with green! ... Keep painting!
Beautiful color! LOVE it!
Love the gray with the green accents you placed on top. Happy Painting!
What a transformation! You took it from drab to "fab"....good job Cassie!
it turned out great! great tip with the wet rag, instead of sanding!
It turned out great!! Looking forward to seeing your hallway!! :)
You can do it! You can do it! That's me cheering on your hallway progress. ;)
Oooh! I love the way this turned out!
I love it and now when we do our "project" I think I might try that wet sanding! Clever and would certainly add interest to our space! Thanks...
Darling little table and I love how it looked against the gray and white striped wall! Rock on with the trim, rock on!
Love that table next to those modern stripes! Happy painting!
So pretty :) I love those spindles! xoxo
I love these small tables, and yours looks awesome against the striped wall!
pretty! gray owns my heart xo
The table is gorgeous! I'm a kitchen painter too. I'm hoping that if there is enough paint on the floor that the truly ugly lino will be covered up C:
Cassie--the table looks fabulous... great tip about distressing with a rag. :)
good luck with the hallway!

How did you have time to even post that? Your hall sounds like a big time consuming project. Your little table is super cute and you distress so good - natural looking! :)
What a pretty table in the gray! It looks fantastic against your stripes and the way you've styled in with that sweet green bird. Hope you're having fun with your hall project!
So cute! I don't think I would've looked twice at the before, but it's super cute now! I'd steal it.
Can we talk about trim painting? We recently painted the trim in our living room, dining room and master bedroom...and it is my least favorite painting activity. And it was super time consuming! Hope its going quick for you!
And I love the fact that you painted that table in your kitchen. Breakfast and painting--one stop shop.
The finish is so pretty Cassie but the table itself is just lovely! The lines are great...so graceful and pretty!
What a great little table! I love it's makeover!!
